Cecil Fowler

Cecil Fowler is an experienced professional in safety, training, and quality management, currently serving as the Safety, Training, & Quality Manager at Core Laboratories since December 2022, after holding the position of Area Safety, Training and Quality Coordinator. Prior to this, Cecil worked as Operations Manager at Saybolt LP from January 2020 to December 2022 and as Inspection Supervisor at Core Laboratories from September 2008 to January 2020. Earlier in the career, Cecil was an Aviation Maintenance Technician at TIMCO Aviation Services from September 2006 to September 2007 and served in the US Navy from July 1986 to August 2006 as Quality Assurance Manager. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Petroleum Measurement from the University of Texas at Austin (2014) and an Associate of Applied Sciences degree from Tidewater Community College (2002).
