Jonathan Sprague serves as the Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at Core Laboratories since August 2021, focusing on litigation management, corporate transactions, trade compliance, internal investigations, contract drafting and negotiation, real estate, labor and employment, and general corporate matters. With extensive experience in the legal field, Jonathan has previously held attorney positions at Littler Mendelson, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom, LLP. Additionally, Jonathan has experience as a Graduate Fellow at the Harris County Attorney's Office and law clerk roles at Rymer, Moore, Jackson & Echols, P.C. and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Jonathan earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.S. in Finance, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University.
