Karen Crawford

Karen Crawford, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Benefits Manager at Core Laboratories since May 2023. Previously, Crawford held the position of Benefits Consultant at RFL from November 2022 to September 2023, where consulting projects included the dissolution of a 401(k) program and an IRS DOL 401(k) audit. From July 2006 to October 2022, Crawford operated as the Director of Benefits at Luby's Fuddruckers Restaurants LLC, focusing on data analytics, compliance with legal requirements, and vendor management. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr. Benefits Administrator at Ascende, overseeing health and welfare benefit enrollments for multiple clients. Crawford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Downtown.
