Katrina Cox

Katrina Cox is a Senior Geologist at Core Laboratories, with a career spanning over a decade in geosciences. Since January 2012, Katrina has focused on technical project management and advanced rock typing, with expertise in carbonates, siliciclastics, petrography, and reservoir assessment across various global regions, including the Middle East, North America, and Africa. Prior to this, experience includes a role in development at ExxonMobil from September 2008 to September 2012, where skills in formation evaluation and geochemistry were honed. Previous positions include Reservoir Geologist at Core Laboratories and Research Assistant at the University of Houston, where work involved thermochronology under Dr. Pete Copeland. Katrina holds a Master's degree in Geology and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Houston.
