Bruce Goodnough

Bruce Goodnough is an experienced professional in safety management and operations, currently serving as Safety Manager and Trainer at Core-Mark International since August 2023, while also operating as the Founder of Goodnough Safety Cultures since March 2022. Goodnough Safety Cultures emphasizes the critical importance of safety mindsets in the workplace and advocates for individual accountability and strong leadership to enhance organizational culture. From June 2012, Bruce has also officiated wedding ceremonies through Goodnough Ceremonies. Prior to these roles, Bruce held positions as Operations Manager and Safety Manager at TopBuild and TruTeam of California, successfully managing teams and operations in the heavy commercial construction industry, driving customer growth, and achieving significant financial targets.
