Salvador Minarro

Salvador Minarro is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries, currently serving as a Board Director at Core Molding Technologies since November 2023 and as CEO of Darnel Group since July 2022. Previously, Minarro was President of Vitro Automotive from June 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing 17 plants across three continents and overseeing approximately $1 billion in sales during challenging market conditions. Prior experience includes significant roles at Libbey Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing $500 million in P&L and leading operations in both the USA and Latin America. Minarro began a career at Vitro and held various senior roles that included driving market share growth to over 65% and increasing global exports. Education credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Management from IPADE Business School, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
