Chuck Duckworth

Chuck Duckworth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in land management and facilities services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Land Management at Core Natural Resources since April 2025, Duckworth previously held the role of Gas Well & Property Manager at Arch Resources, overseeing gas well operations and property relations. In addition to these roles, Duckworth contributes to the Grafton-Taylor County Health Department as Chairman of the Board of Directors and is involved with the Taylor County Community Funds as a volunteer board member. With a strong background in coaching, Duckworth has also served as Head Coach for Girls Soccer at Taylor County Middle School and Assistant Head Coach for Boys Soccer at Grafton High School. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and an Associate's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Fairmont State University, along with a Facilities Management Administrator designation from BOMI.
