Jansen Trentham serves as the General Manager at Core Property Capital since July 2018, having been promoted from Property Manager in October 2021. Jansen manages properties such as One Atlantic Center and oversees financial responsibilities, tenant account receivables, and building operations using Yardi Voyager and Kardin. Previous roles include Real Estate Services Coordinator at CBRE, where Jansen was recognized with the 2017 BOMA "Outstanding Building of the Year Award," and Sales Development at SalesLoft, earning the “SalesLoft Star” Award. Jansen holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Georgia.

The firm is led by a very well capitalized group of seasoned real estate professionals with significant experience in retail, multi-family, office and hospitality product types. This broad range of experience helps the team as it analyzes the complete scope of each investment. In early 2008, the firm’s principals made a strategic decision to divest most of their real estate holdings in order to be well capitalized for future deals. The decision has left the firm with no legacy issues and the ability to be forward looking.
