Tammy Andrus possesses extensive experience in property management, having served in various roles at Core Property Capital since April 2019, including Property Manager, Property Administrator, and Assistant Property Manager. Prior to this, Tammy worked at Columbia Property Trust from August 2011 to April 2019 as a Tenant Services Coordinator. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Bereavement Specialist Volunteer at Community Hospice from December 2007 to January 2011 and serving as Secretary at Faith Fellowship Foursquare Church from October 1999 to December 2007.

The firm is led by a very well capitalized group of seasoned real estate professionals with significant experience in retail, multi-family, office and hospitality product types. This broad range of experience helps the team as it analyzes the complete scope of each investment. In early 2008, the firm’s principals made a strategic decision to divest most of their real estate holdings in order to be well capitalized for future deals. The decision has left the firm with no legacy issues and the ability to be forward looking.
