Carson Hammer

Carson Hammer has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry, starting in 2009 with GE Capital as a Portfolio Analyst. Carson then worked as a Research Associate at CoStar Group before becoming a Multifamily Research Manager. Carson moved on to Cushman & Wakefield as an RFP Investment Analyst, followed by a role as a Senior Real Estate Associate at Greystar. In 2017, they joined Passco Companies, LLC as an Acquisitions Analyst. Carson gained more responsibility at Rincon Partners, LLC, where they served as a Director of Acquisitions and later as Vice President of Acquisitions. Carson then progressed to Sundance Bay as the Vice President of Investments, Southeast until April 2023. Currently, Carson is the Vice President of Acquisitions at CREC, starting in August 2023.

Carson Hammer began their education in 2003 at Virginia Tech, where they studied for a year. Carson later attended Georgia State University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Real Estate.
