Seth utilizes his experience in finance and investment management to add an investor-focused and advisory perspective to Core’s team. He serves on Core’s Investment Committee, which vets all potential real estate opportunities. Seth has an investor-first approach, and he actively seeks to educate investors about Core’s strategy and conservative approach to real estate investment. He carries a Series 65 license and is an investment advisor of Core Investment Advisors, LLC. Prior to joining Core, Seth held wealth management positions at The Bank of New York Mellon and JPMorgan in Columbus, OhioAn active member of his community, Seth is an immediate past-President to the Columbus Chapter of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Trustee for the Fraternity Managers Association and Chapter Advisor for Phi Kappa Psi at Ohio State. Seth enjoys spending time with his wife Chi and their three daughters.
