Shai Zak

With an extensive background in investment banking, Shai brings more than 12 years of experience in property analysis and acquisition.Prior to joining Core in 2009, he worked at Duff & Phelps, LLC, where he valued illiquid investments held by hedge funds and buyout funds, many of which included real estate projects and pools of real estate assets.Additionally, Shai’s prior experience also includes retail and commercial mortgage analysis, real estate development and management and equity sales and trading. His previous employers include Ernst & Young and Zapolski & Rudd, LLC.
