Tyler Smith, CCIM, is the Managing Partner at CORE Real Estate Partners since November 2020, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate. Prior to this role, Tyler served as Executive Vice President & Principal at PRG Commercial Property Advisors from December 2013 to November 2020, where aggressive strategies were implemented to deliver exceptional results for clients and investors. Tyler also worked as a Commercial Leasing Specialist at Faulkner Real Estate and as a Leasing Specialist at Hoagland Commercial Realtors. Earlier experience includes a position as a Loan Advisor at SurePoint Lending and an internship at Hoagland Commercial Realtors. Tyler holds a CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute and degrees in Real Estate Principles from the World Academy of Real Estate and Business Marketing & Finance from the University of Louisville.
