DJ Paik

DJ Paik has had a long and varied career in real estate. DJ began in 2004 as a Financial Analyst for ACE Group. In 2011, they worked as an International Real Estate Manager for CIGNA and as Managing Member for Paik mgmt, responsible for an 8-unit portfolio of retail commercial holdings in the greater Philadelphia area. In 2017, they became an M&A Associate for ASPIRA Business Brokers & Advisors, where they were responsible for utilizing organic and internet leads to buy and sell businesses to private investors. In 2022, they took on the role of Jr Project Manager for Dream Homes LLC. In 2023, they became Commercial Manager for Core Realty, responsible for a 500k sq ft multiunit, multisite commercial portfolio, mostly located in the greater Philadelphia PA area but with a major outlier in Duluth Georgia.

DJ Paik obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Camden between 2000 and 2002. DJ then went on to obtain a JD/MBA in Business Law from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden between 2002 and 2007.
