Jérôme Lebleu

Jerome Lebleu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program development and operational leadership within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as President and COO of CORE since December 2019, Jerome previously held significant roles at the J/P Haitian Relief Organization from April 2016 to December 2019, overseeing program operations and leading development efforts. Jerome's career also includes a position as Technical Specialist at Global Communities, where expertise was provided across urban and governance programs in multiple countries. Earlier experiences comprise roles at the United Nations Office of Sport for Development and Peace, International Organization for Migration, Trinity College, and Georgetown University Caribbean Project, highlighting a strong commitment to international relations and humanitarian efforts. Jerome holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.
