Serhii Kishchenko is currently the Chief Legal Counsel in Ukraine for CORE and provides legal assistance to non-profit organizations and international technical assistance projects. With over a decade of experience, Serhii has served in various legal consulting roles and advisory capacities, including positions with UNDP Ukraine and Freedom House. Serhii holds degrees in law and local government economics from leading Ukrainian institutions and continues to engage as an external legal advisor for multiple organizations.
