Tracy Terrill is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology, business development, and advisory roles. As a co-founder and investor at VACAYA since May 2018, Tracy has also served as an advisor to Tala, aiding in the provision of microloans in developing countries, while contributing as a volunteer for CORE in COVID relief efforts. Tracy's previous positions include advisor roles for Farewill, a UK-based estate planning company, and a member of the advisory board for auticon Ltd, which employs autistic adults in technology consulting. Notably, Tracy was appointed as the Chief Digital Officer and Acting CIO of the U.S. Small Business Administration, playing a key role in modernizing technology service delivery. Previous experience extends to serving as Chief Technology Officer at LegalZoom and senior director roles at NBCUniversal and Universal Music Group, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing and digital business development. Tracy holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
