Ruben Alvarez is an experienced safety professional with a substantial background in safety management across various construction environments. Since September 2019, Ruben has served as a Safety Professional at CORE Safety Group while concurrently holding the position of Safety Manager at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors since August 2015, overseeing safety operations at the DFW branch. Previously, Ruben worked as a Safety Advisor at CORE Safety Group from June 2012 to August 2015, managing safety documentation and personnel on job sites. Early career experience includes roles as a Safety Coordinator and Purchaser at Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing from September 2003 to September 2009 and as Director of Operations at Rio Grande Marine Institute from 2000 to 2002. Ruben Alvarez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
