Ed Haney

Ed Haney has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Ed currently holds the position of VP Accounting Policy & Reporting at Core Scientific, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Equitable as the Director of Accounting Theory & Practices, as well as a Contract Consultant in the same department. Ed also worked as a Contract Consultant in the Accounting Theory & Practices division at AXA US. Ed Haney has also held roles at RGP, RBC Capital Markets, PwC, EY, Deloitte & Touche, and Wall Street Systems, gaining expertise in various aspects of financial accounting, valuation, and advisory services.

Ed Haney holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Columbia Business School. Ed also has a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the University of South Florida. In addition, Ed has obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Florida. Ed has also completed a course titled "How Blockchains Will Change Business" offered by LinkedIn.
