Jürgen Hahn

Jürgen Hahn has extensive work experience in the field of data science and research. Jürgen is currently the Head of Data Science at core sensing GmbH since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Lead Data Scientist at Coach AI from April 2022 to December 2022. From April 2021 to March 2022, they served as the Lead Data Scientist at AGT International, where they developed analytics for mobile and wearable devices using signal processing, statistical methods, and machine learning. Jürgen also worked as a Senior Data Scientist at AGT International from February 2017 to April 2021, where they contributed to the development of analytics and was responsible for agile software development. Before that, they were a Research Associate at Technische Universität Darmstadt from October 2011 to September 2016, focusing on hyperspectral imaging and decision-making problems. Additionally, they gained experience as a Visiting Research Associate at the University of Wollongong in May 2015 and as a Student Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IGD from March 2010 to February 2011. Jürgen started their career as a Student Assistant at Technische Universität Darmstadt from October 2007 to February 2010 and completed a software developer internship at Fraunhofer IESE in July 2008.

Jürgen Hahn completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Systems Technology at Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2006 to 2009. Jürgen then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Systems Technology at the same institution from 2009 to 2011. Jürgen Hahn further advanced their education by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Technische Universität Darmstadt between 2011 and 2016.
