Rachna Bagdi

As Chief Operating Officer of Core Solutions, Rachna Bagdi oversees business and solutions architecture across all levels of the company, including process design, redesign and modeling, and design of systems solutions and enhancements for behavioral health and human services organizations across the country.

Before joining Core Solutions, Rachna gained extensive programming, consulting, and financial analysis experience from some of the top organizations in the healthcare and technology industries. As Team Lead at Siemens Medical Systems (USA), she developed key modules for an application designed to help hospital systems with retrospective analysis of critical patient, clinical and financial data. Prior to her work with Siemens, Rachna was a financial analyst for Temple University Health System (TUHS), where she managed the financial and strategic planning systems for the organization, which has grown into one of the most reputable systems in the region. While there, she was involved in numerous milestone projects, including analysis and development of the Children’s Hospital at TUHS, key involvement with the mergers and acquisition due diligence team, and establishment of the Liver, Pancreas & Small Bowel Transplant Unit.

Rachna holds both an M.S. and M.B.A. from Temple University, Philadelphia, and a B.S. from Bombay University, India.
