Marcel Thomas

Marcel Thomas is an experienced General Manager in the property management sector, currently serving at Core Spaces since July 2024. Previously, Marcel held the General Manager role at B.HOM Student Living from July 2019 to July 2024, overseeing a 1493-bed asset in College Park, Maryland, and achieving 100% pre-lease rates for the 2023-2024 lease term. Prior to this, Marcel managed a 601-bed new development property in Las Vegas, and also served as Assistant General Manager at the same location, handling financial operations.
