Matt Odalen

Matt Odalen is an accomplished insurance executive with extensive experience in claims management. Currently serving as Vice President of Claims at Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. since January 2023, Matt previously held the same title at Hallmark Financial Services Inc., where leadership extended to a team of 15 adjusters and managers. Prior experience includes positions as Claims Director for Professional Liability at Skyward Specialty Insurance, and Assistant Vice President of Claims Management at AXIS Capital, focusing on professional lines claims. Matt began a career in claims analysis at AIG, managing over 300 claims related to Employment Liability and Directors & Officers policies. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
