Peter L.

Peter L. has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Peter started their career as a Senior Manager at Auditor of State - Ohio in 1997 and worked there until 2004. Peter then joined KPMG LLP as a Senior Manager and worked there until 2010. Next, they worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Controller-Insurance from 2010 to 2012. After that, they joined State Auto Insurance as a Corporate Controller and worked there until 2018. Peter then moved to American Share Insurance and held various positions including AVP of Finance and VP - Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Treasurer/Corporate Secretary. In 2022, they worked at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine as an Assistant Dean of Finance and Planning for a brief period. Peter also worked as a CPA at PJL Consulting from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Financial Reporting at Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc.

Peter L. has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Peter attended Canton Central Catholic for their high school education. In addition to their degree, Peter is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the Accountancy Board of Ohio - State of Ohio and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certified by The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. Peter obtained their CPA certification in December 2000 and their CIA certification in July 1998.
