Core Strengths
Brandon DelGrosso is an experienced professional with a diverse background in ministry, education, and business. Currently serving as the Associate Minister at HarvestDowntown Alliance Church since January 2019, Brandon also co-founded Switchback Coffee Roasters in November 2010, aiming to promote specialty coffee in Colorado Springs. Brandon is a certified Core Strengths Facilitator Partner, aiding individuals and teams in understanding their strengths and motives. Previously, Brandon was a Church Planter and Pastor at Compass Church CS from April 2014 to December 2018 and held various roles including Corporate Trainer at Compassion International and Middle School Teacher/Athletic Director Assistant at Monument Charter Academy. Brandon's educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies from Western Seminary and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Multnomah University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
