Jackie Hanselmann Sergi, PCC, is the Founder and Leadership and Career Exploration Coach at Radical Spark Coaching since May 2016, focusing on empowering women, leaders of color, and parents in their professional journeys. With extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development, Jackie has held roles including Executive Coach for the Broad Center at the Yale School of Management and HackerOne through Strive. Past positions at Koya Leadership Partners and Stand for Children showcase a robust background in executive search, candidate sourcing, and organizational training. Jackie is also a certified facilitator for Core Strengths and holds various coaching certifications, including from the Co-Active Training Institute and Mediation Training Institute.
