Susan Washburn

Susan Washburn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development and training. Since 2009, Susan has served as a Program Leader and Coach at MOR Associates, specializing in higher education and IT, providing coaching and facilitation to over 30 institutions and organizations. As the Owner of Powers Group of NC, Inc. since June 1996, Susan has focused on emotional intelligence and conflict resolution, serving clients including Novartis and the USMC. Susan is also a Master Facilitator and co-author of a communication guide with Personal Strengths Publishing, has taught for Korn Ferry since 1996, and was a board member for HobbleJog Foundation from 2016 to 2019. Susan's career began in the US Department of Defense, where tenure lasted from 1982 to 1996.
