Chuck Foss

Chuck Foss is co-founder of CORE Wealth Advisors, Inc., a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS™) - a designation recognized by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Chuck serves as the managing partner of CORE and focuses on the strategic direction of the firm. He also serves as Principal of the firm's Investment Committee.

In his role as a Financial Advisor, Chuck enjoys working closely with clients – including the professional athlete, agent and/or representatives - to provide pathways for clients to achieve their goals. This process combines financial planning and wealth management strategies. Chuck also works diligently to coordinate client financial and tax planning objectives, asset protection, retirement, and wealth management needs to provide customized and comprehensive solutions.

Prior to founding CORE, Chuck was a partner with a local Certified Public Accounting and Advisory firm for twenty years. Additionally, Chuck has served as an expert witness in the areas of divorce (equitable distribution and child support), paternity financial issues, wrongful death, personal injury, bankruptcy and business damages in both federal and state courts.

Chuck has served as adjunct accounting professor at Florida Southern College and was employed by Polk County, Florida for ten years, eventually rising to his duties as the Assistant County Administrator.

Chuck came to Lakeland to attend Florida Southern College where he graduated with a degree in accounting, becoming a Certified Public Accountant in 1983.
