Starting as a Pricing Analyst at Cosmosair, Emeka transitioned through several roles including Internal Auditor at Virgin Atlantic, Internal Audit Manager, and Senior Manager of Ethics & Compliance at Etihad. Emeka later served as Head of Ethics and Compliance at Etihad before joining NMC Healthcare as Vice President of Ethics and Compliance. Currently, Emeka holds the position of Vice President for Ethics, Compliance, and Sustainability at Core42. Emeka's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nigeria, a Barrister at Law qualification from the Nigerian Law School, and a Master of Science in Tourism Management from the University of Surrey.
