Ferdinand Paredes has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ferdinand started their career as a Human Resources Officer & Trainer at ITQAN, UAE in 2008, before transitioning to the role of Operations Executive. In this role, they studied available information and selected plans for maximum profitability and efficiency, coordinated between all departments, and prepared market segmentation reports. Ferdinand then moved on to work as a Bid Manager at Computer Network Systems, where they established a Bid Management Office and ensured quality proposals were available to the sales team. Later, at ITQAN, they established another Bid Management Office and incorporated the role within the internal enquiry process. Ferdinand then joined Advanced Technology Consultancy as a Bid Manager/Manager - Sales & Operations, before assuming the position of Senior Bid Manager at Injazat. Currently, they serve as the Operations Director - Nesma Injazat at Injazat.
Ferdinand Paredes obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from De La Salle University, completing their studies between 2003 and 2007.
