Erica Franzen

Erica has more than a decade of experience managing operations for large organizations. Her skills span all operational functions from developing strategic goals for the organization to managing the talent recruitment process. With an eye toward detail, Erica maintains corporate profit margins, develops and monitors internal control systems to ensure accountability at all levels, and manages relationships with all external vendors.

With considerable experience in managing multi-million dollar operations, Erica has built her L&D capabilities over the past 6 years to include a deep understanding of industry trends and how those trends affect organizational structure and processes. She uses her collaborative style to partner with internal project teams in the development of client solutions and the successful execution of all projects.

Driven by the goal to make every client a ‘client for life’, Erica delivers a consistent level of excellence to both the macro and micro operational processes at CoreAxis. Erica is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Management of Information Systems and is a member of ATD and SHRM.
