Karl Shea

Karl Shea has over ten years of experience as an independent eLearning instructional designer and developer. Karl has worked with notable brands such as Google, Amazon, Columbia University, Johnson&Johnson, Mercedes Benz, and Tiktok, creating engaging and interactive eLearning experiences. Karl is skilled in Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, allowing him to develop custom graphics and complex interactions. Prior to their independent work, Karl served as a training specialist at Arvato Financial Solutions, designing comprehensive training programs, conducting needs assessments, and delivering training sessions. Karl also evaluated program effectiveness and made data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Karl Shea attended Ateneo de Naga University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Digital Illustration and Animation.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Foundations of Instructional Design certification from Learning & Performance Partners, Inc. in November 2016. In March 2015, they received the Achieving Stellar Service™ Experiences certification from AchieveGlobal Australia. Karl also obtained the Executive Presentation Skills® certification from Communispond in January 2015. Furthermore, in November 2014, they completed the Training and Organizational Needs Analysis as well as the Training the Trainers certifications from the Empowered Trainer's Development Program Series at Ateneo Graduate School of Business in September 2014.
