Cale Thompson

Cale Thompson is a financial services professional with a strong background in retirement solutions and business management. Currently serving as the Director and RIA Channel Manager at Corebridge Financial since June 2021, Cale previously held significant roles at Pacific Life and Allstate. At Pacific Life, Cale functioned as Director of New Business, Licensing & Commissions, and at Allstate, Cale was the Head of Retirement Solutions, overseeing distribution strategies that achieved over $2.2 billion in annual sales. Additional experience includes managing sales and operations relationships as a Relationship Manager and leading a team as Senior Unit Manager of Suitability. Cale began a career in finance as a Suitability Analyst. Cale holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
