Mithun Pathak

Mithun Pathak, FIA, currently serves as Director and Actuary at Corebridge Financial since October 2022, focusing on cashflow testing, principle-based reserves, and asset liability management. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director and Actuary at AIG from July 2015 to November 2022, where responsibilities centered around reinsurance. Additional actuarial positions held include Manager and Actuary in the L&R Reinsurance department and Assistant Manager dealing with reinsurance reserving and financial reporting. Earlier roles were with WNS Global Services as Deputy Manager - Actuarial and Senior Actuarial Analyst, assisting with asset modeling and producing benefits illustrations. Mithun's career commenced at Aon, where valuations of pension plans and post-retirement benefit plans were conducted. Education includes a B.Sc. Honors in Statistics from Delhi University and designation as Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
