Tara Downs, CFA, CAIA, currently serves as Assistant Vice President at Corebridge Financial, having joined the company in September 2014. After a series of promotions, Tara now oversees the Analyst team while managing the investment process for $45 billion in variable annuities assets. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Investment Analyst at the University of Southern California, where Tara focused on the management of a multi-billion dollar endowment portfolio, and as Research Analyst at Dorchester Capital, providing due diligence for multi-strategy hedge funds. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Business Administration (Finance option) from California State University, Northridge.
