Tracey Doi

Tracey Doi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial management and corporate governance. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Quest Diagnostics and Pentair, Tracey contributes expertise in audit, finance, and quality committees. As Chair of the Nomination & Governance Committee for Corebridge Financial and a former Audit Chair for City National Bank, Tracey has demonstrated proficiency in overseeing compliance and risk management. A long tenure at Toyota North America included roles as Chief Financial Officer and Group Vice President, where strategic leadership and financial acumen were pivotal during the pandemic. Tracey's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UCLA and further studies at The Wharton School.
