John P. Rompon

For more than 25 years, John has played a leading role in every aspect of private company and family office investing. In addition to being on the Board of Directors of CoreCentric Solutions since 2010, he sits on a variety of private company and philanthropic boards.

John has structured transactions as a lawyer, improved operations as a management consultant, started companies as an entrepreneur, led management teams as a CEO, advised significantly wealthy families regarding their investments and led numerous investments in private companies.

He founded or served in leaderships roles at: Marjo Investments LLC, McNally Capital LLC, Hewlett-Packard’s Global Business Process Outsourcing Group, Brigade, First Consulting Group and SAI, Inc.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University – Bloomington. He is a member of the state bar associations in California, Washington and Illinois.
