Chris McCarty

Chris McCarty has a diverse background in IT and security, currently serving as an IT Specialist at CoreCivic since February 2017, where responsibilities include the setup and distribution of security credentials and providing technical support for facilities. Prior experience includes roles as a Correctional Officer at CoreCivic, and as an IT Regional Technology Coordinator at Sedgwick LLP, where Chris led IT projects and provided user support. Chris has also worked as a SharePoint/Blackboard Administrator at Janus Research Group and Advancia Corporation, an IT Supervisor at Perot Systems Government Services, and has held various IT positions at Sprint, Dynamics Research Corp, and Utilicorp/Aquila Energy. Education includes a high school diploma from Park Center and coursework at Kansas City Kansas Community College.
