Keith Gray

Keith Gray currently serves as an Academic Instructor at CoreCivic, preparing course objectives and maintaining classroom discipline. In addition, Keith acts as an Interim Pastor at Mission By The Sea, delivering biblically based teachings during a transitional period for the church. As a Non-Profit and Church Consultant at Shaded Gray, Keith leverages extensive experience in strategic partnerships and technology from a prior role as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Technology at Global Heart Ministries. Previous positions include Student Pastor at Meadows Baptist Church, Administrator/Student Pastor Associate at Ridgewood Baptist Church, Deputy Director at Florida Youth ChalleNGe Academy, System Engineer at Marconi Communications, and serving as a US Army Officer within the US Army Special Forces Group. Keith Gray holds a Th.M in Systematic and Historical Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary alongside education from the University of Florida and Charter Oak State College.
