Matt Moore

Matt Moore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in correctional and community-based programming, specializing in reentry services and recidivism reduction. Currently serving as Senior Director of Reentry Services at CoreCivic since September 2019, Matt Moore has held various leadership roles, including Owner of Sprig Solutions from 2015 to 2019, where the focus was on providing consulting and training for helping professions. Prior positions include Director of Programs and Western Region Director at GEO Reentry Services, and Western Regional Manager at BI Incorporated, overseeing reentry and supervision services. Matt Moore began a career in the juvenile justice system as a Senior Probation Officer with the East Baton Rouge Parish Department of Juvenile Services. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Sociology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and studies at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
