Ryan Gustin, MBA, is a seasoned public affairs professional with extensive experience in managing community relations and enhancing corporate reputation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Public Affairs at CoreCivic since January 2020, Ryan oversees a team dedicated to advancing the company's public image and promoting reentry programming. Previous roles include Regional Manager of Community Affairs and Safety at CSX, where Ryan managed community relations and safety initiatives, and a career in law enforcement as a Criminal Investigator and Police Officer. Ryan holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Central Florida, complemented by additional education in sociology from Seminole State College of Florida and Palm Beach State College.
