Steven Goraczkowski

Steven Goraczkowski is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Design and Construction at CoreCivic since July 2017. In this role, Steven oversees the delivery of major construction projects, focusing on aspects such as conceptual design, cost estimating, pro forma analysis, contractor negotiations, scheduling, and project management. Prior to joining CoreCivic, Steven held the position of President at SEH from July 2013 to July 2017. Steven holds degrees from both the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where education was completed between 1975 and 1980.
