Sharmila Sundaram

Sharmila Sundaram is the Chief Executive Officer of Corefactors since February 2013, where a significant transition from a service-based business model to a product-oriented approach was executed under Sharmila's leadership starting in 2019. As the founder of Corefactors, Sharmila aimed to innovate within the sales and marketing space, initially gaining market insights through a service-based strategy. Prior to this, Sharmila co-founded Work lab, a training institute focused on fostering creativity and innovation among children, which led to the creation of a product named "WATER FOR EVERYONE" in 2011. Sharmila holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Periyar University.
