Barry MacNamara

Barry MacNamara is an experienced professional in event management and sales, currently serving as a Partner at CoreGo Oy since January 2020, after a successful demonstration of the company's RFID payment platform at Taste of Helsinki 2018. As the Founder and Event Director of Anam Events Oy, Barry established the Taste of Helsinki festival in 2010, inspired by a prior experience at Taste of Dublin. Previous roles include European Sales Manager at Algorithmics UK Ltd. from 2001 to 2006, where Barry focused on enterprise risk management solutions, and Sales Manager for Central Europe at CR2 from 1998 to 2001, promoting channel banking solutions. Barry holds a Master's degree in Financial Services and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, both from University College Dublin.
