Founding Principal at Coreland Companies

Patrick Galentine is a founding Principal of Coreland Companies, one of Southern California’s largest privately held commercial real estate service companies for over 25 years. Throughout his career Mr. Galentine has directed the management of over 500 million square feet of commercial property throughout the Western United States, and is known for his expertise in retail shopping center investment, management, and leasing.

In addition to his role guiding Coreland Companies, Mr. Galentine has been an active court appointed receiver since 1991 specializing in rents and profits receiverships for distressed commercial real estate properties throughout California. He has been appointed and associated with hundreds of receivership matters, with a focus on matters involving retail assets and complex real estate activities; including conflict resolution, receivership sales, major lease negotiation, development completion, construction defect solutions, forensic accounting, bankruptcy and custodial appointments.

Mr. Galentine possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Investments from the University of Southern California and holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker license. He is the former Southern California Operations Chairman and a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); a former board member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Orange County Advisory Board, and a member of the California Receiver’s Forum. He is also active in a variety of charitable organizations in Southern California.
