Raylene Sanchez

Real Estate Manager Raylene Sanchez oversees a diverse retail portfolio featuring box-anchored, grocery-anchored and neighborhood shopping centers positioned in Los Angeles and Orange County.

Ms. Sanchez first joined Coreland Companies as Assistant Real Estate Manager and was promoted to Manager after amassing increasing levels of responsibility. Her current portfolio features a mix of institutional and privately-held assets, as well as various national box and regional tenants. She is highly regarded by clients for her vendor and tenant relation skills; as well as her management of operating budgets and procurement of capital expenditures

In previous roles, Ms. Sanchez supported an 8 million square foot retail and industrial portfolio as Assistant Manager for CBRE, as well as 10 million square foot industrial portfolio as Assistant Property Manager for LBA Realty. In these roles she worked on behalf of clients such as La Salle Investment Management, Cornerstone, Clarion Partners, Morgan Stanley and Blackstone. Ms. Sanchez has also held positions in residential property management for B&Y Property Management and the Multi-Housing Program of West Covina.

Ms. Sanchez holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
