Managing Principal at Coreland Companies

As Managing Principal, Ms. Vicky Hammond is responsible for guiding corporate growth and enhancement of Coreland Companies’ real estate management and brokerage divisions.

For more than 30 years, Coreland Companies has been committed to providing the highest quality commercial real estate services to private and institutional clients alike. The team currently oversees an estimated 7 million square feet of commercial assets across California, as well as an additional 4 million square feet of leasing assignments.

Prior to joining Coreland Companies, Ms. Hammond guided the business development efforts at P+R Architects and Studio One Eleven, domestically and internationally. Previous roles also included public relations positions for Manning, Selvage and Lee, the University of Southern California and Loyola Marymount University.

Ms. Hammond is an active member of ICSC and currently serves as California State Chair. She spent three years as Southern California Operations Chair and two years as co-chair of the ICSC Southern California Idea Exchange. She is also a member of the Orange County chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and SPIRE committee volunteer.

Ms. Hammond possesses a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Master’s in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Southern California. She holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
