John Glen

John Glen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience across multiple companies in software development and engineering leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Corelight, Inc. since December 2019, John has held significant positions including MTS at Nuvoloso Inc., Director of Software Development at Western Digital, and Director of Software Development at Virident Systems, Inc. Notably, Virident was acquired by HGST, a division of Western Digital. John’s prior experience includes notable roles as Software Architect at Xyratex and Director of Development and Director of Engineering at Symantec, which acquired VERITAS. Early in John's career, key positions included Member Technical Staff at Legato and Innovus, the latter of which was acquired by Legato. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Information Science from Queen's University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
