Hayden Barnett has over 8 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Frontend Engineer for Corellium. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Engineer for Koala from 2020. In 2016, they worked as a Frontend Developer for Tyro Payments. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Frontend Developer & UI/UX Designer for Redpin Design. In 2013, they worked as a Partner for Gunmetal Studio, a studio focused on UI/UX, Frontend Development, Branding, and Illustration. Hayden also worked as a Frontend Developer & UI Designer for Nexba Beverages Pty Ltd in 2013. In 2012, they were a Data Entry Operator for Sydney Tools and a Motion Graphics & Visual Effects Artist for BSA Limited.

Hayden Barnett completed their Higher School Certificate at Deniliquin High School in 2007. In 2009, they began a Bachelor of Information Technology at Charles Sturt University, with a focus on Software Design & Development, and completed it in 2011.
