Caitlin Rios

Caitlin Rios has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2005, they worked at the YMCA as an Assistant Manager of Aquatics, Head Lifeguard, and Swim Instructor until 2008. In 2008, they became an Au Pair/Tutor for the Hotel Gardena/Hofer Family Household. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at Fixtures Visions For Living. In 2011, they held multiple roles including a Junior Consultant at GKE Freight Pte Ltd, a Marketing Intern at Women's Global Network, Inc., and a Consumer Center Sales Leadership Development Program Intern at AT&T.

In 2012, Caitlin became the Chief Marketing Officer at Knight Performance for a brief period. Also in 2012, they started working at Mitchell International, initially as a Product Manager for Canadian & Global Markets, then progressed to Senior Product Manager, Consumer Products, and finally as a Manager of Product Management. Caitlin was responsible for defining the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and roadmaps. Caitlin also oversaw business cases and took part in a company-wide Product Delivery Process Improvement initiative.

In 2014, Caitlin was a Co-Founder & Board Member of Products Anonymous, a position they held until 2016. In 2019, they joined CoreLogic as a Director of Product Management, and later progressed to the role of Senior Director of Product Management before becoming the Vice President, Product - Restoration in 2023. Finally, in 2023, they became a Franchise Partner at Vertica Fitness.

Caitlin Rios has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Management and a minor in Italian from San Diego State University, obtained from 2004 to 2008. Caitlin also holds an MBA in International Business from the University of San Diego from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they attended Luiss Business School in 2011 for further studies in International Business. Caitlin Rios also obtained a high school diploma from Rancho Cotate High School from 2000 to 2004. Caitlin has additional certifications including PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute and SAFe Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
